Battle JR is a 2-fork bicycle with a unique appearance for hyperactive children. The bike has a hi-ten steel frame and 6-speed transmission for children to initially get acquainted with bikes. The wheel has grooved spikes to increase surface grip and is 20" in size, suitable for children from 120cm to 135cm. Designed for daily exercise or for those who love to ride in sportive bikes. They are Fixie bikes, mountain bikes, road bikes. Application for asphalt roads, smooth unpaved paths and trails.
The design of tapper headset have more rigidity than nomal straight tube. It support well for the frame to absorb the impact. The tapper headset have widen rolling bearing so it is stiffer. Besides, it reduce the weight of bike.
New design has kickstand mount on frame. Therefore, the kickstand can be mounted by available screw hole to protect the frame from scratches which happens when mounted on seatstay and chainstay. By this design, kickstand has more stiffness and heavy load capacity.
Rider's center of gravity is placed in the suitable position in bike frame. In this frame, the length from saddle to stem is lengthen, and the length from saddle to center of rear wheel is shorten. This adjustment give the riders more flexibly and easily ride at any hard turn.
"3 Stages" technology is applied for full-suppension frame. 1st stage is the beginning of SAG (lowering of rear suppension after rider sit in. In 2nd stage, suppension starts to work smoothly in cobbles. In final stage, the suppension is harder to ride on hard terrains or high jumping.
