2020 has passed. It has been a very tough and challenging year for people all round the world, including those who love cycling. Since 2021 could be similar to 2020, New Year’s resolutions are great way to create positivity.

Try a further distance

Now it has some sort of applications on smart phone, which can help people to calculate the total distance traveled during a year and keep track of your daily training intensity. Take a look of the last year’s analyze and set a new year‘s goals based on that. This will help to boot your energy, as well as create motivation for each trip.

Think of it, in 2020, the total distance you can travel is 2500km, so let’s set a target for 2021 to be 3000km. We believe you will be able to conquer this New Year’s cycling goal with ease.

Racing is a big step for some cyclists. You need to learn some rules and ways of riding before starting your first race. Bike racing increases your competitiveness, as well as enhance your cycling experience in new year. Never think it’s too late to start cycling, just challenge yourself with new excited things.

One of the tricks applied by professional sport cyclists to make the bike even stronger is to upgrade it. New tyres, light wheels, new gears can all speed your bike up. Upgrading not only offers a better experience, but also saves money compared to investing a new bike.
